02
Forms and registration
There is no contact form, newsletter signup, user account or online payment. The website’s own code does not record enquiry details.
Selecting an email address or phone number on the Contact page opens your device’s email or phone app. The email outline opens editable text in your own email app. You initiate the message or call; the website does not send a message.
03
Cookies and website analytics
The website may use Google Analytics 4 and Markster Visitor Intelligence to understand website use and enquiry signals. These load only after you give analytics consent. Meta marketing measurement requires separate marketing consent.
Google Tag Manager may load after you allow analytics or marketing measurement. Google Analytics and Markster Visitor Intelligence require analytics consent; marketing consent alone does not enable them. Both purposes are denied by default.
Klaro stores your choice in a necessary preference cookie for 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer at any time. When you withdraw it, analytics storage is cleared.
In the active Markster Visitor Intelligence measurement database, raw events become eligible for expiry 30 days after server receipt and derived visitor and company records 730 days after their last activity or update, or after creation, depending on the record type. A daily job removes eligible records. Shared profiles referenced by recent activity and their related history may remain protected. Provider caches, backups and previous exports have separate custody; this job does not erase every such copy.
The mkvs_vid visitor cookie has a nominal lifetime of one year and the mkvs_sid session cookie 30 minutes. Matching identifiers may also use localStorage and sessionStorage. Local storage has no automatic time limit and may remain until cleared; session storage lasts for the browser tab session. These periods differ from server retention. Withdrawing usage consent stops future collection and removes accessible local measurement identifiers; it does not itself delete data already received by the server.

Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare Pages serves the website. When a page loads, your browser sends a network request to Cloudflare. IP addresses and technical data related to the request are processed when serving the page.
Cloudflare’s own notice lists IP addresses, traffic routing and system configuration information among end-user data. Its privacy policy explains the processing in detail.

Images, fonts and links
The fonts and images used on this site are served from the website’s own hosting. Displaying an image does not connect to LinkedIn.
The LinkedIn profile link is a regular external link, not embedded content. Opening it takes you to LinkedIn, where its privacy rules apply. The same principle applies to the Cloudflare link above.

Scope of this description
This page covers the website’s technical operation. It does not cover email or phone discussions, consulting engagements or documents shared during client work.
It does not replace the full privacy information that applies to those activities.
07
Optional marketing measurement (Meta Pixel)
Meta Pixel through Google Tag Manager operates only after separate marketing consent; it may measure page visits (PageView) to understand the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising. Form fields, messages and contact details are not sent. Meta may receive network and browser data and the _fbp or, where applicable, _fbc cookie identifier. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled. You can grant or withdraw marketing consent separately in Cookie settings. The website remains usable without it. Withdrawal of marketing consent will delete accessible Meta cookies. On the homepage, after at least 30 visible seconds with consent and reaching 75% of the main content, we measure one content_read usage event with analytics consent. The same qualified content view may also be measured as Meta ViewContent only with separate marketing consent. This is a usage signal, not proof of reading or a successful enquiry; no form fields or message content are attached to this event.
